What happens if I need support for a product I’ve hired?
If you experience an issue of any sort with our machinery we will be onsite to assist you within 3 hours. If we can’t resolve the issue, we will deliver a replacement machine to you in 24 hours. It’s just part of the Hire Direct service.
At Hire Direct we take a serious and responsible approach to protecting our machinery and our customers.
Account Customers – It is a condition of hire that you advise us of your insurance details and provide a copy of your insurance policy as well as proof of identity.
Non Account Customers – It is a condition of hire that you provide proof of adequate insurance cover for items you intend to hire as well as proof of identity. Insurance can be taken out at time of hire if you do not have sufficient cover.
